Remember me?

Its been almost a month since I wrote a blog post.

In fact I seem to have almost totally disengaged with all forms of social media.

So what’s been going on?

I came back from the Lands End to John O’Groats trip to a mountain of work, and a new team member. If that wasn’t enough I was also back to square one with my property search, having reluctantly abandoned a move to Queens Park during the trip.

Between the two I’ve been fully engaged from dawn until dusk every day.

Trying to buy property in London isn’t much fun.

There just aren’t enough nice properties to go round, and those that are seem to be snapped up by psychic house hunters a full 24 hours before they are first listed on Rightmove.

In theory there are lots of properties for sale, but most of what’s being advertised is just lead-bait from estate agents, properties that either sold or went under offer ages ago.

I’m by nature an enthusiastic house-hunter, but after a while even I find myself getting totally sick of it.

I’ve just returned from a week away in France, and six weeks after the event finally made a couple of  hours to sort and upload photos from the bike trip.

House hunting starts again tomorrow in earnest.

I can’t wait.
