The convenient downside of ordering supplies directly from a brewery is that it requires a certain critical mass in order to get good value from the £14 delivery charge.
I got such good value from the delivery charge that I have made it into the New Year without completely exhausting my stocks.
Pick of the bunch so far has been the Old World Russian Imperial Stout – a wonderfully rich and chocolately brew, and the Mikeller Spontangooseberry – which was about as sour and fruity as a beer could possibly be.
